Welcome to the new website of Simon Ham Racing.

SHR was formed in 1992 with the intention of racing historic cars both in the UK and abroad. Since then, their activities have expanded to encompass both historic and modern racing in numerous high profile series including:

•  F.I.A Historic Formula Junior Championship
•  F.I.A pre-65 Historic GT Championship
•  B.R.D.C. 50s Sports Car Championship
•  Britsports
•  Bikesports
•  Group 4 World Sports Cars

SHR cars have competed as far afield as Australia, Portugal, Germany, South Africa, Ireland, Holland and Italy. Overall wins have been taken in European Championship races at tracks including Estoril, Charade (Clermont-Ferrand) and Dijon-Prenois, while there have been domestic victories at Donington Park, Pembrey, Cadwell Park, Thruxton and - the home of British Motor Racing - Silverstone.

The team have been involved in races ranging in length from 10 lap sprint races to 6 hour, three driver endurance races at Spa-Francorchamps, Dijon-Prenois and Nurburgring.

The long term goal of SHR is to build upon their successes in historic events whilst at the same time expanding their programme of modern racing to encompass more long distance GT and Touring Car events.
